- Work stress can be incredibly disruptive for all areas of life.
- How we affront the day will determine somehow what will happen in the day, or how we will react to that.
- Just feeling wanted and acknowledged is important.
- You have an identity out of marriage, job, etc.
- No matter how many people judge, don’t let the biggest critic be yourself. You are special and do not let situations and circumstances define you. Define the scenarios themselves. “Define the scenarios themselves.”: how you go about the scenario is the most important not the scenario itself.
- When you are called names, rise beyond the name calling and focus on what you have to do.
- Let their anger show, as they are the one that are losing control not you.
- Don’t put other people´s anger on your responsibility list. The more you try to put it on your list, the more overwhelmed you feel. They might be dealing with something that might be related to something completely different.
- Anger is something that builds, not something you can put out on your own. Anger could be something on their mind that they are poorly coping with.
- Can I be triggering their anger? No, do not put that on yourself. Better question is: “Will I let the result affect my mood?” And work on that question being No.
- Change the way you judge yourself, change the world around you.
- If you fall into judgment and doubt, that will be the consumption of the mood you will be in.
- Don’t align yourself with people’s anger as if you are the cause.
