Good to hear – and sorry you experienced that issue. Our Head of Tech reported this morning that we had a tech issue on Friday that caused the issue. (The issue was in turn caused by Google who changed their software last week!)
I was not happy with the responses you got – and I have instructed changes as a result with our Customer Support team.
