Es un conflicto entre dos grupos militares que antes eran aliados, derrocaron a dos presidentes y cuando fueron a llegar al poder no se pusieron de acuerdo que comandante de los dos grupos miliares tenía más jerarquía que el otro y ahora son enemigos.

The violence in Sudan has taken a terrible toll on citizens’ health in recent weeks.
On top of the number of deaths and injuries caused by the conflict itself, WHO expects there will be many more deaths due to disease outbreaks, lack of access to food and water, and disruptions to essential health services, including immunization.
WHO staff who are risking their lives to support urgent health needs, as well as their families, are being relocated for safety reasons, but WHO will continue its operations to the best of its ability.
